Bethany Carrier is the Executive Assistant to both Carri and Sue, the Office Manager of The Ellis Group, Inc., and, most importantly, the Client Relationship Director. She has been a critical and invaluable member of the team since 2000.
As the Executive Assistant, she assists with preparing documents for client meetings, client events, scheduling appointments, and keeping Sue and Carri focused. With her Office Manager duties, she is responsible for the day-to-day office details and proficiently interfacing with third-party vendors.
With her extensive experience in customer service, Bethany is a vital component in her role as the Client Relationship Director. She is the first and last voice clients and guests hear and clients often comment on her warm, friendly voice and attitude. She helps clients with technology and other general issues and, with Sue and Carri’s frequent travel, offers them peace of mind knowing that someone is always reachable.
Outside of the office, Bethany is active as a team mom and member of the booster club at the local high school. She supports United Way and as a true Alaskan, enjoys all of the beauty of this great state.
